The lower floor includes 2 further bedrooms, a shower/wc, a laundry room and a very large playroom with a large screen home cinema/cable TV.
Outdoors: 
 The outdoor pool is set in a large terrace, next to a sitting space, and a further terrace next to the kitchen with a sitting area. There is a poolside shower, BBQ, outdoor furnishings.
